Shipping Policy

Processing Times 

Each Stitch & Style piece is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated domestic shipping times: 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  

  • Expedited/Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days  

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Once a package has been shipped, Stitch & Style is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help. 

Return Policy 

Returns 

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return: 

  • Item must be unused and in original condition  

  • Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage  

  • Item must include original packaging as well as original tags when possible  

Because many items are handmade and produced in limited quantities, custom orders and personalized items are final sale. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. 

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges 

We currently offer exchanges for: 

  • Defective items  

  • Damaged items  

  • Incorrect items received  

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we cannot guarantee availability for direct exchanges on limited designs or sold-out fabrics. 

If you’d like a different style or print, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved. 

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

At Stitch & Style, every item is handmade with care in small batches. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may qualify for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Items must be returned with original packaging when possible

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

Because many products are handmade and limited in quantity, all sales on custom pieces are final.

Refunds Processing


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and processed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll work quickly to make things right.

Late or Missing Orders' 


If you haven’t received your refund after the processing timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Reach out to us for additional assistance
